The Opportunity:
CACI is actively seeking a dedicated and mission-driven individual to join our team as a Project Integrator. This role will support a team of trainers that provide mission-critical IT instruction to its students.

The selected candidate will be responsible for the comprehensive management of the course schedule, student organizations engagement, course registration, customer communications, and other support activities.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with students, instructors, and customers to manage a training academy long and short-term class schedule.
• Compile instructor training packages to be used for course tracking.
• • Mitigate scheduling conflicts and make strategic decisions based off customer's priorities and contractual requirements.
• Develop reports/presentations and narratives to provide metric and statistical analysis of school's performance to the customer.
• Manage special projects for the school that requires the creation of schedules, management of customer requirements, and management of the budget.
• Owns process for student registration and schedule management and identifies areas for process improvement.
• Develop marketing campaigns and materials for new courses to increase enrollment and drive growth.
• Conduct outreach to other customer agencies to promote the school's classes and develop processes for registration when needed.
• Maintain the course catalog/database.
• Maintain managed stock supplies and place special orders for IT equipment while ensuring the allocated budget is not exceeded.
• Develop/print marketing materials.
• Maintain student and instructor records.

Qualifications:

Required: 

• TS /SCI w/Poly Required
• Experience managing multiple priorities and completing administrative functions
• Experience with Project Management, ITIL, and PMF
• Minimum of 6 years of related experience.
