Who you are

You are an expert in full stack engineering and infrastructure, with strong skills in frontend web development as well as DevOps.
You have a strong understanding of building a robust web service that is highly scalable, modular, and available
You can quickly grasp new programming conventions or learn a new framework
You should be self-sufficient enough to accomplish your tasks without micromanagement
You stay up with recent and upcoming trends in your field.
You have a sharp attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
You have a determination to produce excellent work as an individual and as a team
You have leadership experience managing or leading
You are able to provide mentorship for other engineers on the team to help them grow in their technical responsibilities and remove blockers.
You can consistently ship moderately sized features and improvements with minimal guidance and support from other team members. Collaborate with the team on larger projects.
You are able to thrive in a completely remote position.

What you will work on

Develop frontend website architecture which includes designing interactive, responsive, and dynamic web pages
Developing backend applications, databases and servers for creating a highly functional web service
Building and maintaining scalable infrastructure for a large web service, from the ground up
Troubleshooting, suggesting improvements and debugging
Staying well-informed about the current developments in the world of web development, learning about emerging concepts in full stack, and updating project leaders regarding the same
Working with team members of different expertise to provide a user-friendly and smooth website application as an end-result
Ensuring the safety and security of the website/application/software developed
Meeting with decision-makers and introducing new developments to the project to ensure optimal web development.
Developing Application Programming Interface (APIs) which is quite indispensable when it comes to working with different software

Requirements

Five (5) to seven (9) years of proven work experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar roles between Frontend and Backend
Possess in-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML and front-end languages
Knowledge of MongoDB and SQL (MySQL or Postgres)
Knowledge of REACT tools including React.js, Webpack, Enzyme, Redux, and Flux
Knowledge of performance testing frameworks (Jest)
Experience with browser-based debugging and performance testing software
Experience with user interface & user experience design
Experience with lambda functions
Experience working in agile environments
