What do we need:

We are seeking a Team Leader to support the Nutrilite Botanical Concentrate work centers. This person will work on a four-day rotational schedule every 10 weeks from Monday – Thursday to Wednesday—Saturday from 4 pm—4:30 am, with the fourth being an 8-hour day every other week for an average of 40 hours. Shift flexibility will be an expectation for this role.

What’s special about this team:

The Quincy Plant is responsible for extracting and concentrating nutrients for our Nutrilite Brand. The Heat Treatment and Milling Work Centers currently run 24 hours a day, 6 days a week, requiring the Technicians to work 3-12 ½ hour shifts. The schedule will rotate every 10 weeks from the front half of the week to the back half of the week.

Required qualifications:

• 1 year’s experience minimally in manufacturing management
