Senior Project Architect

Job Description:

Ryan Companies is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Project Architect to provide critical support to our project teams. This role primarily focuses on document review and coordination, ensuring high-quality standards and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will excel in providing timely feedback and supporting construction phase activities while minimizing reliance on email and voicemail.

Some things you can expect to do:

• Conduct thorough reviews and provide detailed comments on project documentation, including specifications, drawings, and consultant submissions.

• Ensure coordination and alignment with owner standards and project requirements.

• Support construction phase services by reviewing shop drawings and providing timely responses to project-related inquiries.

• Maintain proactive, real-time communication with the project team through regular check-ins and collaborative updates.

• Deliver exceptional documentation support without the need for attendance at department or team meetings.
