You’ll learn from the ground up how service, incident, and escalation management work in a fast-growing and innovative business environment.</p><p>Combined with the skills you’ve acquired during your studies, our structured onboarding program will teach you the programming languages and frameworks necessary to successfully support our key clients.</p><p>Through mentoring from our experienced experts, you will learn how change management works in an agile environment and develop into an experienced and valuable expert in your own right.</p>
