Role Overview:

We're seeking an experienced and passionate Project Manager to lead our innovative digital marketing team. This role involves close collaboration with senior account managers and a focus on optimizing team performance and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain exceptional client communication, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks, gaps, and potential conflicts in projects and team dynamics.
• Manage and optimize the workload of team resources, continually auditing and improving processes and workflows.
• Innovatively contribute to project management strategies and account improvement ideas.
• Ensure quality control of deliverables, initiating improvements and conducting basic QA before managerial review.
• Persistently and logically follow up on tasks and projects, balancing persistence with respect for team and client time.
• Effectively manage project expectations both internally and with clients, including conflict mitigation and de-escalation.
• Exhibit flexibility in adapting processes to enhance innovation and efficiency while upholding professional standards.
• Communicate clearly within the team to ensure effective execution of timelines.
• Utilize resourcefulness in problem-solving and learning, including leveraging past project analyses for continuous improvement.
• Provide comprehensive reporting on project progress, effectiveness, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Act as the key intermediary between account managers and delivery teams, ensuring clear communication and effective execution of project tasks from the account managers to the delivery teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital marketing and team leadership within a digital marketing environment (minimum 2 years)
• Proficiency in Google Suite (including Docs, Slides, Sheets, Forms, etc.) for effective documentation, presentation, and data management.
• Advanced skills in spreadsheets for data analysis and project tracking.
• Well-versed in using Asana for project management, task organization, and workflow coordination.
• Proficient in Slack for team communication and collaboration.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to read social cues and manage diverse expectations.
