Financial Systems Position

In this role, you'll continue to dedicate about half of your time to your current Accounting or Finance area (such as Accounting, A/R, A/P, or FP&A), while also taking on exciting new opportunities related to Finance Technology innovation. As an important member of our Finance systems team, you'll help improve financial processes, drive automation, develop data analytics and AI-powered insights, and strengthen the data foundation for today’s Finance operations.

Your Finance systems responsibilities will include:

• Creating analytics, dashboards, models, and AI-powered tools that support forecasting, speed up the close process, improve reconciliations, and provide meaningful operational insights.
• Building and enhancing automation solutions—such as workflows, RPA scripts, and AI agents—to reduce manual tasks and boost efficiency.
• Collaborating with Finance teams to identify, assess, and prioritize opportunities for process and technology improvements.
• Reviewing workflows to map processes, pinpoint pain points, and uncover inefficiencies or data bottlenecks.
• Analyzing Finance data structures to find and address gaps that affect reporting, automation, and AI initiatives.
• Recommending and implementing enhancements to data reliability, metadata, data lineage, and system integration.
• Serving as a bridge between Finance, Enterprise IS&T, and Enterprise AI teams to ensure everyone is aligned on requirements, standards, and governance.
• Supporting the testing, documentation, and rollout of new tools or enhancements, including managing change and helping teams adapt.
• Keeping up to date on the latest trends in AI, automation, finance systems, and analytics.
