As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment at a prominent financial institution location. Your responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols throughout the premises, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents, and serving as a reliable presence for employees and visitors. You will be counted on to provide exceptional customer service and clear communication, addressing inquiries and responding to situations as they arise. Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the financial institution location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and along the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe for any unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and key areas to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain a visible Allied Universal presence.
• Document and communicate observations, incidents, and/or suspicious activities according to site protocols.
• Collaborate with site personnel and local authorities as directed in the event of emergencies or incidents.
• Follow all site-specific policies and procedures as directed by Allied Universal and the client.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance while representing Allied Universal at the financial institution location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
