Parking Enforcement Officer

Full-time

Weekends as needed

Scheduled 4 10 hour days 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM with 30 minute meal period

1 Saturday every 6 weeks

POSITION OVERVIEW:

This full-time position reports to the Operations Manager and issues citations for violations of On-Street parking ordinances by walking a city "beat" in all types of weather.

The Parking Enforcement Officer performs a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of on-street parking. The PEO is responsible for issuing citations and responding to customer inquiries. The PEO works closely with fellow team members and management to ensure that quality and safety standards are met.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Must pass an in-depth background check and DMV check.
• Must hold a valid Kentucky driver’s license.
• Exhibit excellent customer service and communication skills
