Packaging Laborer - 2nd Shift

Summary: As a member of the Martin's Family, the Packaging Laborer is responsible for machines that perform packaging functions and ensures that unpackaged and packaged products are of exceptional quality. The packaging laborer openly gives and receives truthful feedback, shares helpful knowledge with teammates, goes the extra mile, and represents Martin’s by being an ambassador of superior quality and service.

Pay rate:

·         $21.56/ hour – Paid Weekly! 

·         $3.00/ hour shift differential (required to work 4+ consecutive hours between 3pm-7am)

Scheduled Hours:

• Your shift schedule will be between 8 to 12 hours a day and will typically start between 2:30pm – 6:30pm. For example, 2:30pm – 10:40pm, 3:30pm – 12:40am, 6:30pm – 6:40am or some variation in between.
