What You Will Do:
- Develop, design and manage the technical component of engagements and solutions that align with business requirement
- Managing resources that will build and configure RPA deployments and Conversational AI models to improve their accuracy and efficiency
- Troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to technical implementations
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand their requirements and provide AI-based solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand user needs, and define technical requirements of solutions
What You Will Need:
- Bachelors degree
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in the Healthcare industry
- Proven experience designing and implementing RPA and Conversational AI solutions
- Demonstrated understanding of natural language processing (NLP) concepts, including entity recognition, intent classification, and sentiment analysis
- Knowledge of chatbot design principles and user experience (UX) best practices to create engaging and user-friendly conversational interfaces
- Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python) for customization and integration of the various platforms
- Ability to travel up to 75%
What Would Be Nice To Have:
- Proficiency in Kore.ai SmartAssist is highly preferred
- Previous working experience in a traditional consulting environment
