Production Supervisor – 2nd shift

Location: Woodstock, IL
Salary Range: $90,000 – $135,200, based on experience
Shift: 2nd shift 2pm- 10pm

We’re looking for a Production Supervisor to lead employees, drive daily operations, and ensure safety, quality, and productivity goals are met. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who enjoys developing people and improving processes in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise and support production employees to ensure safe, efficient operations
• Drive productivity, quality, and scrap reduction goals
• Foster teamwork, accountability, and open communication
• Support and participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives
• Coordinate training, coaching, and performance reviews
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with leadership and support teams

What You’ll Bring

Required:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 5+ years of manufacturing or related industry experience
• Proven supervisory or leadership skills
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast��paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Preferred:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 3+ years of manufacturing supervisory experience
• Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement experience
• Six Sigma Green or Black Belt experience

The annual hiring range for this position is: $90,200-$112,700. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will depend on various factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, experience, and qualifications. Compensation decisions are tailored to the unique circumstances of each position and candidate.
