Job Description

Areas of responsibilities

• Creates Master Leasing Agreement and Individual Contract, and initiate electronic contract signing
• Ensures all contracts, addendums & other legal documents are set up in NOLS as per the current applicable processes, accurately and in a timely manner
• Performs contract setup/processing/maintenance/changes within agreed SLAs
• Assures interface between support sales, support business, delivery organizations, process development and the customer
• Ensures that the contracts are handled correctly from a commercial and legal point of view
• Responsible for carrying out high-quality customer service by creating robust documentation and process mapping and being part of an end-to-end support of transition
• Keeps the systems up to date from a contract administration standpoint and assumes responsibility for the quality measures of the data in the systems
• Provide resolution to all queries coming from internal stakeholders (Commercial, Back office, credit and order delivery teams)
• Acts as support enabler to develop procedures and training material, based on knowledge capture
• Ensures all process controls are effectively implemented, and all key performance indicators reach the targeted level;

Job Requirements

• University degree/diploma (e.g. in business, management, economics, etc); English (fluent, verbally and written);
• Portuguese- advanced or mid level;
• Ideally 2 years’ experience working in Customer Service;
• Intermediate MS Office (Excel, Access) skills;
• Familiarity with SAP ERP systems and tools an advantage;
• Continuous improvement mindset;
• Experience working in a multi-lingual international organization;
• May be required to travel for work;
