VETSS is a general practice and urgent care hospital located in Charlottesville, VA. Our hospital is growing, and we are currently seeking to add part-time or full-time licensed veterinary technicians to join our team of dedicated and compassionate individuals.

Requirements

• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Able to remain calm in stressful situations
• Able to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time (shifts range from 9-12 hours)
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds
• Graduated from AVMA-accredited veterinary technician program
• Current veterinary technician licensure
• Complete the required amount of continuing educations hours to maintain licensure
