Compass Siebel Team Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Lead to oversee the Compass-Siebel platform, serving as the single point-of-contact for all aspects including platform, security, application, and integration. This role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and technical expertise to drive enhancements, manage crises, and ensure compliance across a complex enterprise ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Platform Ownership & Coordination:

  • Act as the primary POC for all Compass-Siebel related matters.

  • Lead upgrade efforts and coordinate F5 changes.

  • Address legal and compliance concerns in collaboration with internal teams.

• Crisis Management:

  • Organize and lead resolution meetings with JCI, vendors, and partners.

  • Ensure timely involvement of relevant teams and communicate effectively with leadership.

• Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Engage with multiple internal and external stakeholders to align on priorities and deliverables.

• Enhancement Delivery:

  • Facilitate discovery sessions and walkthroughs.

  • Define release scope, timelines, and coordinate deployments.

• Operational Oversight:

  • Assign and manage ServiceNow tickets, ensuring SLA compliance.

  • Support UAT testing and validation processes.

• Compliance & Audit:

  • Partner with internal/external audit teams to complete compliance activities.

• Performance & Reporting:

  • Collaborate with DBAs for performance tuning.

  • Provide OBIEE support and develop new reports.

• Integration Management:

  • Oversee batch/EI integrations with systems like D&B, ADMIN, Oracle EBS, TIP, GDW, Salesforce, etc.

• Functional Support:

  • Troubleshoot DOA approvals and support product/pricing updates for US & Canada.

  • Provide user support and lead production deployments.

• Data Analysis:

  • Investigate and resolve data discrepancies across integrated applications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise application support, preferably with Siebel and Compass platforms.

• Proven leadership in cross-functional environments.

• Strong understanding of integration frameworks and data governance.

• Experience with ServiceNow, OBIEE, Oracle EBS, and Salesforce is a plus.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

• Must be a US citizen located in the United States

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $112,000 - 151,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.)
