In addition, certifications that endorse our company as a great place to work.</p> <p> </p></div><h3><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h3> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Design and implement automation solutions to improve developer productivity and system reliability. </li> <li> Build and maintain shared platform services, libraries, and infrastructure components. </li> <li> Develop integration patterns and tooling for internal systems and third-party services. </li> <li> Provide architectural guidance and technical consultation to product engineering teams. </li> <li> Implement and maintain contract testing frameworks to reduce integration errors. </li> <li> Work with authentication and identity systems such as SSO, SAML, and OAuth. </li> <li> Contribute to event-driven architectures using message buses and asynchronous patterns. </li> <li> Create technical documentation, architectural decision records, and integration guides. </li> <li> Participate in code reviews and help establish engineering standards and best practices.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <h3>Requirements</h3> <p> </p> <ul> <li> 5+ years of software engineering experience. </li> <li> 2+ years in a senior or platform-focused role. </li> <li> Strong proficiency in one or more backend languages, preferably Ruby or Python; Node.js and Go are also accepted. </li> <li> Good experience with AWS services, including Lambda, API Gateway, Cognito, DynamoDB, and SQS/SNS. </li> <li> Solid understanding of microservices architecture, API design, and distributed systems. </li> <li> Experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and deployment automation. </li> <li> Familiarity with message queues and event-driven patterns such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar. </li> <li> Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams. </li> <li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision</li> </ul> <div><strong>Nice to Have</strong></div> <ul> <li> Experience with
