Job Summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field with a minimum of 5 years of experience, including experience in development for embedded systems.  

The following skills are desired, though applicants are not required to have every skill listed.

• Familiarity with software lifecycle processes such as requirements, design, version control, testing
• Fluency and a minimum of two years experience using C++ and Java programming languages
• Demonstrated experience in user interface development for the Android operating system 
• Demonstrated experience in development for embedded Linux operating systems
• Experience with development using the Python programming language
• Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, techniques, and processes
• Experience or be willing to learn: C#, Kotlin, Matlab, React, Python, and other languages
• Ability to act independently, prioritize tasks and manage to schedule
• Professional demeanor, good interpersonal skills, and ability to excel in a high-paced multi-tasked environment.
• Ability for occasional travel to partner and customer locations
   

U.S. Citizenship required. This position requires an active DOD security clearance or the ability to obtain such clearance within a reasonable time after commencement of employment.
