Who We're Looking For (Position Overview):Spry Methods is on the search for a Senior Level UI Path RPA developer.  This position will support Enterprise Resource Planning Office within the Naval Research Laboratory.  Candidates’ main responsibility will be serving as a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer responsible for creating automations across the Comptroller and Business community.  

What Your Day-To-Day Looks Like (Position Responsibilities):

• Collaborate with the SAP subject matter experts to understand the overall goal of the process 
• Document and create automations for repetitive end user tasks.
• Review the process at the key stroke level to ensure code /process aligns with documentation 
• Perform systems and connection checks to make sure the enablers are completed 
• Develop bot and document the process details for maintenance purposes 
• Make the best use of resources such as storage space, run time, object use 
• Perform unit testing to ensure functionality works as intended 
• Collaborate with the SAP Enterprise Resource Planning team to make necessary updates after development is in production as needed 
• Keep up to date notes on project progression and provide routine status reports to leadership 

Candidate will be expected to interact with customers/peers from across the organization and must be comfortable interacting with peers in different departments. This is a challenging position, and the ideal candidate is a quick learner with an excellent work ethic and strong technical aptitude. The candidate must be able provide timely and accurate work products to support team and customer deadlines. An ability to work effectively both independently and in a supportive, diverse team environment is expected. 

What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Requirements):

• Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with specific emphasis on Excel
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to produce clear and concise documentation, understand complex processes, and clearly articulate ideas to both a technical and non-technical audience 
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality 
• Active learner, openness to working with new software/tools, using unfamiliar technologies - Proven analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Demonstrated ability to independently organize, prioritize, and simultaneously manage multiple tasks/priorities
• Senior level experience with UI Path RPA technologies 
• This position requires a Secret level DoD clearance
• This position is remote but candidates must support east coast work hours

Ideally, You Also Have (Preferred Qualifications):

• Demonstrated ability to make process improvements 
• Experience in a professional team working environment 
• Experience with Microsoft Power Query 
• Exposure to SAP Enterprise Central Component is a plus
