Job Description

Wolt is looking to expand its Security team, and we're hiring a Senior Global Safety Specialist to help us continue providing a safe working environment Woltwide. The security team is a multidisciplinary team which is responsible for information security, data privacy, physical security and safety at Wolt. Our Security team collaborates across Wolt's functions globally to enable us to build the first class product and service of Wolt.

The Global Safety Specialist will play a crucial role in implementing and managing health and safety policies, procedures and guidelines across all countries that Wolt operates in. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented approach,  ability to adapt to the fast-paced environment and ensure that our workplace standards meet and exceed local and international health and safety regulations.

📍This role will be based in Helsinki or Stockholm.

Among responsibilities and challenges:

• Develop, implement, and maintain global health and safety programs that comply with legal standards and best practices Woltwide

• Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement required actions

• Lead incident investigations, reporting, and analysis to prevent future occurrences

• Provide health and safety training to employees, focusing on prevention and emergency response

• Stay abreast of new legislation and advancements in health and safety to continually improve our practices

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and compliance across
