Position Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Event Staff to join our dynamic team and contribute to the seamless execution of various events. As an Event Staff member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional experiences for attendees by providing outstanding customer service, maintaining event safety, and supporting event operations. 

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup including arranging furniture, signage, and equipment.
• Welcome and register attendees, providing information and answering inquiries promptly.
• Monitor event areas to ensure safety and adherence to venue policies.
• Manage crowd control and assist in directing guest flow throughout the event.
• Support technical teams with basic equipment handling and troubleshooting.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods during events.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing tasks.
