Summary

Join our dynamic DEI Department where you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on SRP's culture and practices. We're seeking both a junior-mid (1-3 years) and a senior candidate (5+ years) who are passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion, and can contribute innovative strategies to foster a more inclusive workplace.

 

In this role you will be responsible for planning, analyzing, consulting and implementing diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI)-related strategic initiatives to SRP groups, employees and external partners. Works across various departments to obtain, analyze, and interpret information. Makes recommendations to improve DEI adoption and impact using best practices to HR and SRP business leaders and supports partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to advance SRP’s diversity and inclusion strategy.

What You'll Do

•    Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the organization's, HR, and DEI roadmap, key business drivers and stakeholders, and new and ongoing corporate initiatives.
•    Act as advisor and consultant to executive management and client organizations to develop, recommend, and implement DEI strategies.
•    Prepare and present DEI reports; clearly communicate information and present findings in a relevant, compelling, and actionable manner.
•    Represent SRP on various external DEI-focused committees and partnerships.
•    Collect and manage various elements of DEI data collection and metric inputs.
•    Provide support to internal employee groups such as Employee Resource Groups and DEI Ambassadors. 
•    Oversee, reinforce and sustain corporate-wide DEI learning initiatives. 
•    Organize, plan and implement DEI-focused convenings and events. 
•    Maintain contact with professional organizations, industry entities and groups, external and community organizations to maintain currency and expertise in DEI. 

What It Takes To Succeed

Experience

Promotion to Level 2 requires a minimum of two years experience at Level 1 and demonstrated capability to perform advanced and more difficult work as determined by the supervisor. Promotion to Senior level requires a minimum of 3 years experience at Level 2, is fully competent in all aspects of functional area of assignment and as such would be recognized as a specialist in area of assignment and may have periodic or occasional lead responsibilities. 

Education

Completion of a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution that prepares the employee for the assignment. in NA

 

Hybrid Workplace

SRP currently offers a hybrid workplace, which allows employees whose jobs can be performed remotely, and who have sufficient technical capability, to telework up to three days per week.
