Job Description

MUST Be US Citizen With Active Secret Clearance  

We are the Employer!  

STRATEGIC PLANS CONSULTANT - Honolulu, HI/Hybrid Remote

  • Support varied and complex deliverables across a variety of work streams for the Air Force Civil Engineer portfolio. 
  • Lead strategic planning efforts to navigate the complexities of U.S. posture in the Indo-Pacific region. 
  • Evaluate resource allocation to develop comprehensive combined contingency plans for the Indo-Pacific area of responsibility.  
  • Deliver business transformation and strategy/policy implementation for the PACAF enterprise.  
  • Maintain Air Force governance and programmatic documents to create consistency across Air Force bases in terms of installation support services.  
  • Analyze transformation requirements, provide strategic updates and recommendations to leadership, support PACAF Transformation, enable organizational change management, facilitate policy and program integration efforts.  
  • Drive the creation of plans, engagements, and briefings for high-priority United States Indo-Pacific Command concepts and global campaign strategies.  
  • Facilitate collaboration with the Office of the Secretary of Defense and Joint Staff to integrate Indo-Pacific strategies into the National Defense Strategy.

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:  

  • Minimum 5 years’ recent experience with above tasks/duties, proven ability to identify gaps and determine solutions in Air Force problem sets, analyze force presentation, communicating operation campaigns, assess USAF, strategy and policy development, on/in Indo-PACOM, Pacific, or Headquarters Air Force environment.
  • REQUIRED EDUCATION: Associates or equivalent degree in related subject matter/fields.
  • MUST Live/Reside near JBPHH.
  • REQUIRED CLEARANCE: Active Secret.
