Come and join us either in Hamburg or Barcelona or feel free to work 100% remotely in the EU*</em></strong></p> <h2><strong>YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:</strong></h2> <p><em>Within the Commercial Finance team, you own and drive our internal and external reporting</em></p> <ul> <li>by ensuring accuracy and clarity of all data reported as well as timeliness of submission for internal decision making or shareholder reporting deadlines</li> <li>by maintaining relevance of the information in line with the organisation’s strategic objectives and operational needs, i.e. proactively proposing adjustments to improve reporting views, structures and processes in a dynamic business environment</li> <li>by providing actionable insights and effectively communicating on drivers of past performance, key trends and variances vs forecast</li> <li>by maintaining high quality within our tools and processes thanks to your advanced excel and financial modelling skills</li> </ul> <p><em>You optimise our tools and processes</em></p> <ul> <li>by exploring and putting into practice new ways to further drive efficiency and standardisation in our existing controlling landscape</li> <li>by supporting the team in managing key Commercial Finance processes such as forecasting and budgeting </li> <li>by building financial models from scratch (in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets) for strategic projects as well as financial analysis and steering</li> <li>by further exploiting and developing the existing commercial and financial data sets (in Tableau, Tagetik, Business Central and Adaptive Planning) for reporting and steering purposes</li> </ul> <p><em>You’ll gain exposure to other typical tasks of a Commercial Finance Manager and take an active role in shaping the positioning of the Commercial Finance team within the organization</em></p> <ul> <li>by managing the reporting, planning and controlling of our operational HQ departments</li> <li>by contributing to and driving transversal projects with various internal stakeholders</li> <li>by participating in and maintaining a strong network with other departments</li> </ul> <h2><strong>TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:</strong></h2> <p><strong><em>Your profile:</em></strong></p> <ul> <li>You have 1-3 years of professional experience in the fields of Consulting, Controlling, or Audit</li> <li>During that time, you have achieved a proven track record of pertinent<strong> </strong>financial analysis informing business decisions and bring strong interest in complex financial modeling</li> </ul> <p><strong><em>Your skill set:</em></strong></p> <ul> <li>You have an analytical mindset and evidence of strong financial, analytical and business modelling skills. Proficiency with spreadsheet programs, such as MS Excel or Google Sheets, is essential.
