If that speaks to you, we’d be happy to welcome you to our team! Possible locations Vilnius, Warsaw or Riga.</p><p>Take YOUR part in #EnergySmart!  </p><p><strong>You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:</strong></p><ul><li>Preparing technical requirements and specifications for the WTG tendering procedures</li><li>Reviewing the technical documentation produced from WTG supplier and identifying any technical issues or risks</li><li>Supporting wind farm layout design, energy yield and design optimization</li><li>Contributing to due diligence of potential wind farm site acquisitions</li><li>Supporting wind turbine construction, commissioning and performance testing</li><li>Following renewable energy (wind) industry trends/innovations and applying the knowledge in the daily activity.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Degree qualified in Engineering (mechanical / electrical / mechatronics)</li><li>5+ years of experience in consultancy, contracting or design within the wind sector</li><li>Demonstrated track record of providing engineering and technical advice on wind energy projects from development phase through to operations either on the owner side or as a consultant to the owner</li><li>Deep knowledge of the technical aspects of turbine supply agreements</li><li>Familiarity with the various EU requirements, legislation and development routes for wind projects</li><li>Strong technical report writing skills</li><li>Good knowledge of English language.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><ul><li>To take part in an unfolding energy transformation process to create a 100% green and secure energy ecosystem for both current and future generations</li><li>International team that is working on dynamic renewable energy projects</li><li>A hybrid work model (3+2) and flexible working hours</li><li>The Expatriate’s Financial Package</li><li>Extensive learning and qualification enhancement programs</li><li>Attention to physical and emotional health: wellness mentor initiatives and psychological support, volleyball, and basketball teams, etc. </li><li>A package of additional benefits to choose from: pension accumulation, health insurance, or another benefit from the selectable benefits list in the MELP application.</li></ul><p>Join a growing and increasingly international team of energy smart people united by a common purpose.
