Job Description:

Job Summary: 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Product Manager to lead and manage projects in the fields of Machine Learning (ML), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Generative AI (Gen AI). The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and a proven track record of successfully delivering complex engineering projects. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Lead a MLOps team, prioritizing work items to ensure timely and successful delivery. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, product managers, and stakeholders, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. 

• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency. 

• Provide technical guidance and support to the project team, leveraging expertise in machine learning (ML), Agentic, and Generative AI technologies. 

• Guide the team to understand and follow the goals, scope of work, and product domain. 

• Assist the product owner in refining and maintaining the product backlog using information gathered from daily stand-up meetings. 

• Schedule meetings and write user stories to assist with the product backlog. 

• Help the team focus on creating high-value increments that meet the Definition of Done. 

• Facilitate communication and information exchange between key stakeholders and the project team. 

• Facilitate Scrum events as requested or needed. 

• Monitor project progress, provide timely feedback, and drive a culture of agility and learning. 

• Present release details to the Change Management Board and work with business leaders to gain approvals. 

• Translate business needs into technical terms with excellent communication skills. 

• Influence decision-making across a wide variety of roles and levels in the organization. 

• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence others. 

Job Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in technical product management, with a focus on software delivery. 

• Solid understanding of ML, AI, and Generative AI technologies, frameworks, and tools. 

• Proven experience in leading and delivering complex engineering projects on time and within budget. 

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
