What You’ll Be Doing

The North Carolina Support Specialist is responsible for providing support to North Carolina service centers. The North Carolina Support Specialist position is primarily responsible for addressing service center concerns and questions regarding the rescheduling of appointments, device logistics including SDI & SDR kits, & customer communication pre & post installation.  The North Carolina Support Specialist stands as a critical point of contact for both customers and service centers within the North Carolina service center network to ensure customer success and quality experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide support to service centers answering rescheduling & device logistic inquires.
• Receive calls, emails, and chats internally while reaching out to customers externally via phone when necessary.  (80% internal 20% external) 
•  Provide administrative support for services center technicians updating customer account data when necessary.
• Documentation of customer feedback from post-installation communications.
• Provide customers with all the information necessary to ensure a successful installation during preinstallation communications.
• All other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

• High School Diploma or GED is required. 
• At least one year of experience in customer service or sales.
• Expertise focused on customer experience, problem solving, and critical thinking.
• Detail orientated with strong communication skills.
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc) and Adobe Acrobat
