Basic Job Functions:
- Optimize semiconductor development workflows by proactively fostering collaboration and establishing supportive systems for R&D strategies, while maintaining a strong safety-first mindset.
- Lead and supervise complex cross-functional team and cross-department operation and collaboration.
- Facilitate improvements in technical processes and product development, by streamlining workflows, coordination, and execution of efforts throughout the department.
- Research & design management systems, identify opportunities for cost reduction and operational efficiency. Collaborate & communicate cross-functionally across the entire company to ensure seamless execution of development efforts and technical alignment.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering discipline required.
- Master’s degree in engineering discipline, preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of professional industry experience with a successful track record in strategic operations. Previous experience must be in semiconductor R&D, chemical engineering, material science, or related fields.
- Experience with Robust Engineering/Design of Experiments and experience with SPC tools is a plus.
- Experience with analytics, data management, and related IT systems is a plus.
Required Skills/Competencies:
- Proven experience with robust engineering/design of experiments and SPC tools for quality and reliability.
- Utilizes structured problem solving, including model-based methods, and applies experimental and statistical techniques for data-driven decision-making and actionable insights.
- Excellent organization and collaboration skills to effectively lead cross-functional teams and projects.
- Experienced in creating efficient systems, workflow processes, and business infrastructure in support of development efforts.
- Leadership skills with a track record in setting tactical directions, developing strategic roadmaps, and navigating structured change management systems in high-volume manufacturing environments.
- Build partnerships with stakeholders to coordinate resources, activities, and priorities for rapid program completion.
- Clear communication across the organization; strong negotiation skills and excellent interpersonal and presentation abilities.
- Acts as a safety role model and ensures team maintains a safety-first mindset.
- Proficient use of all Microsoft Office suite programs.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations and drive strategic initiatives to ensure operational effectiveness within the department.
- Establish systems, processes, and overall business infrastructure to support development strategies.
- Coordinate collaboration logistics in a cross-functional environment to ensure timely execution of development roadmap deliverables.
- Track department-level budgets, including forecasts, expenditures, and accruals.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicate results and progress clearly and concisely to peers, upper management, and cross-functional groups.
- Provide leadership in aligning semiconductor program objectives with organizational priorities for optimal resource allocation and strategic goal achievement.
- Act as a safety role model and ensure the team maintains a safety-first mindset.

Estimated Salary Range:
- $128,400 - $185,000 Annually
