THE JOB:
The Assistant General Manager partners with the General Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver an exceptional, on-brand guest experience. In this role, you’ll drive daily operations, support team development, and execute strategies that achieve financial and service goals. This is an opportunity to make a real impact—elevating the guest experience while building and inspiring a strong, engaged team.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Run the floor and oversee daily operations—manage schedules, labor, inventory, and ensure service runs smoothly

• Support hiring, training, and coaching the team while creating a positive, high-performing work environment

• Interact with guests, handle feedback or concerns in real time, and ensure an exceptional dining experience

• Partner closely with the kitchen to keep service seamless between front and back of house

• Execute company standards, initiatives, and procedures while maintaining cleanliness, safety, and compliance

• Stay knowledgeable on menu offerings, beverages, and equipment to confidently support the team and guests

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• At least 21 years of age
• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ Years of prior relevant experience

Pay Range:

The pay range for this role is:

$62,300.00 - $83,100.00

This range represents a good faith estimate of the salary range that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s incentive plan.

Employees in this position are eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) plans, and time off plans. Specific program offerings vary by eligibility factors such as geographic location, employment status, and union membership.
