What You’ll Be Doing:

Inspect Guest Rooms and Suites

• Conduct detailed inspections of cleaned guest rooms to ensure compliance with Renaissance brand and cleanliness standards
• Ensure all in-room amenities, linens, furnishings, and surfaces are properly placed and spotless before releasing rooms for occupancy

Support and Guide Housekeeping Team Members

• Provide feedback and retraining when rooms do not meet standards
• Assist housekeepers with room turnovers when necessary and help prioritize tasks during high-occupancy periods
• Serve as a positive role model by maintaining high standards and a strong work ethic

Maintain Quality and Efficiency

• Track and report inspection results, deficiencies, and recurring issues to housekeeping leadership
• Communicate with front desk and maintenance to coordinate timely room readiness
• Ensure all safety protocols, brand procedures, and company policies are followed

Lead with Professionalism and Care

• Build a respectful and supportive environment that promotes teamwork and accountability
• Handle guest inquiries or complaints with professionalism and urgency when encountered during inspections

 

What You Bring to the Team:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in housekeeping, with at least 1 year in a leadership or room inspection role preferred
• Strong attention to detail and knowledge of quality cleaning standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and lead by example
• Comfortable using inspection checklists, radios, and tracking systems
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts
