Position Type: Full Time

Salary Range: $60,000.00 to $75,000.00/Yearly



Purpose of PositionThis position is responsible for leading the labeling lines and related warehouse operations to ensure meeting quality, cost, delivery, safety and other goals established by the Company.

Display pride in your work area by maintaining daily housekeeping of our operations building, equipment, break rooms, restrooms, smoke areas, etc… Promote teamwork and assist in all areas and processes in the operation as needed / required.

Follows directions:

Follows all written and verbal instructions provided by management, project leader, etc…

Shares all information in a professional and factual manner ensuring the best decisions are made for the company. Report all issues to your manager/supervisor.

Maintains an appropriate appearance and dresses in accordance with the established dress code guidelines to your respective position.


Safety:

Follows all rules, guideline, and practices. Informs supervisor / manager immediately if unsafe conduct or conditions arise.


Position Competency:

  1. The ability to create the production schedule and maximize process flow.
  2. The ability to motivate and drive a team to meet and exceed department and company goals
  3. The ability to build a successful relationship with the customer.
  4. Working knowledge of warehouse operations and WMS.
Position Expectations

Productivity

  • Monitor and ensure operational metrics are achieved and entered into productivity database daily.
  • Expedite resolution for machine downtime issues per SOP.
  • Understand all procedures for operating machines.
  • Plan the workflow and labor to achieve customer expectations and achieve productivity goals.

Safety & Security

  • Follow food/safety SOPs and AIB standards.
  • Report equipment and facility building/grounds damage and repairs.
  • Drive a culture of safety throughout the company to achieve safety goals and objectives.
  • Enter all errors and safety incidents into Safety/Error Tracking Database.
  • Enforce security policies and SOPs.
  • Must have experience and be knowledgeable about Food Safety or willing to receive training in Food Safety.

Quality:

  • Ensure that cans are being labeled, packed, and coded correctly.
  • Ensure that all quality related checks
