The Director of Global Transformation for Record to Report will lead strategic initiatives to streamline and enhance the global accounting processes, ensuring accuracy, quality, and efficiency.

This role involves driving change management, leveraging technology to optimize workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives.


About Team:
We are a one-stop shop for all mission-critical services that are both high-quality and low-cost. Our team is responsible for a variety of priorities, including solving complex problems for all of our stakeholders across the board by providing world-class services such as Source to Contract, Procure to Pay for Goods Not for Resale, Business Intelligence & Robotic Process Automation, Networking, and Pre & Post Payment Audits.

What you'll do...

• Develop and implement global strategies to optimize Record to Report processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with accounting standards.
• Drives continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing accuracy, efficiency, and transparency in accounting processes.
• Oversee the deployment and integration of advanced technologies and automation tools to streamline workflows and reduce manual efforts.
• Collaborate with local controllership teams to ensure consistent application of global policies and procedures, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of transformation initiatives, using key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for further enhancement.

• Ability to develop and implement long-term plans that align with the company's vision and goals, particularly in the context of global financial processes.
• Expertise in managing complex projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring, to ensure successful transformation initiatives.
• Proficiency in guiding organizations through significant changes, including stakeholder engagement, communication, and training strategies.
• Strong understanding of financial systems, automation tools, and emerging technologies that can enhance Record to Report processes.
• Exceptional leadership skills to influence cross-functional teams, coupled with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders across the organization.
