Monday - Friday: 7:30am - 5pm, with a half day off
- Hours may vary depending on providers clinic rotation in Fond du Lac and Oshkosh.
Pay Range:

Actual compensation offered in the Pay Range of $21.85- $32.80 for an MA or $24.10 - $36.15 for an LPN and will be based on factors such as qualifications, skills, relevant experience and/or training.
