LOCATION: Ford Field, Detroit, MI - Home of the Detroit Lions the 2023 NFC North Champions. Home of the the annual Quick Lane Bowl college football bowl game, state championship football games for the MHSSA, the MHSAA State Wrestling Championships, and the MCBA Marching Band State Finals, among other events. With a regular seating capacity of approximately 65,000.

Job Summary

Job Summary: As a clubs manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating our hourly team members to provide a warm welcome, delicious food and beverage as well as quality service to our guests. The ideal candidate will be an experienced operations leader who is focused on people, quality and winning one customer at a time.

Key Responsibilities:

•Maintaining positive guest relationships including obtaining regular feedback through guest communication, table visits and executing show quality standards
•Provides operational planning in line with different event needs, maximizing profits and ensuring adequate products are ordered to service each event
•Interviews, hires, trains, and develops team members according to Levy guidelines
•Promotes a positive work environment through maximizing productivity and morale through team member engagement, and maintaining appropriate staffing levels per business needs
•Ensures all event setups and breakdowns are executed correctly, efficiently and expeditiously, both in guest facing areas as well as back of house, pantries, paperwork and staffing grids
•Completing events walks of the building
•Managing product transfers and requisition sheets to accurately track products during events
•Ensuring accurate end of month inventory completion
•Overseeing operations and service standards during events, hold team accountable to steps of service to ensure a high level of the guest experience and communicates any guest service issues to Director of Premium
•Ensures team members have the tools necessary to complete their jobs
•Holding pre-shift meetings to set the tone for events
•Holds team accountable to steps of service to deliver great guest service
•Conducting progressive coaching with team members
•Builds and maintains strong relationships with coworkers, clients, guests and Levy team members
•Executes all menus, promotions and programs as outlined by the Director of Premium in accordance with Levy standards
•Maintains state, federal and business compliance, including but not limited to responsible alcohol service guidelines, safety and sanitation standards and client requirements
•Engages in the financial goals of the operation with support from the Director of Premium
•Executes required reporting in a timely manner included but not limited to consumption reports, gratis logs, sales reports, alcohol incident logs, safety trainings and inspections, financial updates & time card reconciliation
•Completing point of sale updates and regular maintenance checks
•Regular equipment inventory, organization & maintenance
•Working with the culinary and purchasing team to ensure regular updates to the clubs theoretical matrix to ensure accurate theoretical margin calculations
