We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Specialist HRIS to support, enhance, and optimize our HRIS ecosystem—primarily Workday. In this role, you’ll ensure system performance, deliver insightful reporting, and contribute to process automation and end-user adoption.

In the role, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Optimize and maintain HRIS functionality, ensuring alignment with end-to-end HR processes.

• Coordinate testing and deployment of new system functionalities and integrations.

• Lead user support initiatives, including training, documentation, and change communication.

To be successful in this role, you have:

• Demonstrable experience in the HR field with specifically a minimum of 2 years in fully hands-on tasks within HR Information Systems

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data reporting and systems troubleshooting.

• Fluency in English, both written and verbal

• A collaborative, proactive mindset with excellent communication and self-management skills.
