Job Description

Shape the future of eCommerce and join in our Support team of eCom Sales.

Sales Support Analyst job consist of a lot of administrative and supporting task related to all our eCom platforms. Our primary job is to be the supporting organ for both eCom Sales & Partner Sales managers, as well as for our eCom Support- and Onboarding departments. Sales Support performs task related to both our Nordic- and DACH merchants.

You will be responsible for variety of tasks such as:

• Price changes,
• Setup of contacts,
• Improvement of CRM systems
• Handling payout fails and other ‘’behind the scene’’ task
• You will work with both front- and back book administrative related tasks as well as more technical incidents
• As we work cross countries (Nordics) it is vital than one is able to comunicate in all the Nordic languages. 

Starting date for the position is asap

Qualifications

Skills, ambition and that little personal twist make you succeed

• Education: Studying a bachelor’s degree or the first part of a master’s degree within Finance, Economics, Business, Strategy or similar.
• Language skills: for this role is MANDATORY FLUENCY in English, Swedish and one more Nordic language (Danish/Norwegian)
• Organizational skills: They are required to have excellent organization skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, as well as within tight deadlines
• Interpersonal skills: They must have excellent rapport building skills to establish and maintain strong working relationships across functional and reporting levels
• Analytical skills: They require the ability to analyze large amounts of data and provide recommendations to support the development of long and short-term business strategies.
