You will contribute to <strong>defining and implementing best practices</strong>, ensuring that our Salesforce environment remains <strong>secure, scalable, maintainable</strong>, and fully aligned with enterprise architecture standards, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.</p><p></p><p><strong>Your main responsibilities will be:</strong></p><ul><li><strong> Designing and developing</strong> Salesforce applications using <strong>Apex</strong>, <strong>Lightning Web Components (LWC)</strong>, and <strong>Flows</strong></li><li><strong>Building and maintaining</strong> RESTful and event-driven integrations between Salesforce and external systems</li><li><strong>Collaborating</strong> with the Solution Architect to align Salesforce solutions with enterprise architecture and integration strategy</li><li><strong>Implementing and enforcing</strong> governance best practices, coding standards, and quality reviews</li><li><strong>Optimizing</strong> performance across complex data models, workflows, and automation logic</li><li><strong>Developing and maintaining</strong> CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments</li><li><strong>Ensuring</strong> data integrity, security, and compliance within Salesforce (RBAC, encryption, audit trails)</li><li><strong>Providing</strong> technical leadership, mentoring developers, and contributing to architecture documentation</li><li><strong>Staying current</strong> with Salesforce releases, platform enhancements, and modern API capabilities</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s + Master’s  Software Engineering, or related field</li><li>5 years of Salesforce Strong proficiency in <strong>Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and Flows</strong></li><li>Experience building <strong>custom APIs and integrations</strong> between Salesforce and external systems</li><li>Deep understanding of <strong>Salesforce architecture, governor limits, and performance optimization</strong></li><li>Hands-on experience with <strong>Salesforce metadata API</strong>, <strong>change sets</strong>, and deployment tools</li><li>Familiarity with <strong>CI/CD pipelines</strong>, version control (Git), and modern DevOps practices</li><li>Understanding of <strong>data modeling, security, and access controls</strong> in Salesforce</li><li>Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work across multiple systems and teams</li><li>Excellent written and verbal English &amp; Greece communication skills</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Will be highly appreciated:</strong></p><ul><li>Salesforce Certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, Advanced Developer)</li><li>Knowledge of Dynamics 365 or payment gateway systems</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul><li>💸 Competitive &amp; rewarding compensation package</li><li>🏥 Private Health Insurance</li><li>💻 Latest company laptop</li><li>🏠 Flexible work setup: Remote</li><li>🔄 Work-life balance that actually work</li></ul><p>     </p><p><strong>👥 Recruitment Process:</strong></p><ul><li>If you’re interested in this role, feel free to apply directly.
