Job Summary

Responsible for driving sustainable business initiatives by leading organizational change management initiatives and internal communications.

 

Job Duties

Change Management

  • Change Strategy – Understand organizational transformation initiatives and translate those into change management projects, bringing stakeholders to the table with governance and clear roles and responsibilities. 

 

  • Enablement – Influence leaders to understand the importance of thoughtful change management and stakeholder buy-in in enabling the success of any cross-enterprise initiative.       

 

  • Delivery - Drive the tactical execution of change management by applying a structured methodology.  Accelerate transformation and drive measurable outcomes for complex people, process, technology, and growth business initiatives.  Effectively and collaboratively project manage cross-enterprise change initiatives with various stakeholders and unique perspectives in partnership with business leaders. 

 

  • Influence - Influence and coach executive leadership and cross-functional project teams to build awareness, drive engagement and alignment, increase adoption, reduce resistance, and sustain and operationalize changes.

 

  • Org Capability - Build organizational capability by facilitating programmatic educational workshops and developing leadership tools and resources.  Spearhead change champion programs as needed.

 

  • Data-Driven methodology - Track and report metrics; leverage a data-driven approach to collecting feedback and insights that inform strategies. Measure effectiveness of plans against desired outcomes and fine tune to maximize impact.

 

Communications

  • Consult, develop, and implement strategic internal communications that impact and drive business objectives, culture, and values while driving employee engagement, in partnership with key stakeholders.

 

  • Execute on integrated communications strategy, including delivery across multiple audiences and channels such as email, video, newsletters, and intranet.

 

  • Ensure consistent voice and tone in enterprise-wide communication through use of style, content and branding guidelines.

 

Job Qualifications

REQUIRED EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • 7+ years of experience in Communications, Change Management, Public Relations, or related field.

PREFERRED EDUCATION:

  • Master’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

PREFERRED LICENSE, CERTIFICATION, ASSOCIATION:

Prosci or CCMP
