Senior Maintenance Manager

We seek a strong maintenance manager to manage the maintenance organization/costs and oversee the MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Operations inventory) Warehouse at our Freeport site. This is a dynamic and engaging role that is part of the Site Leadership Team.  Maintenance reliability and predictive maintenance are important to this PSM site. Your key responsibilities

• Actively manage the maintenance function for the Freeport site
• Lead a team of maintenance professionals, engage the team and elevate team capabilities
• Identify work processes for improvement and digital tools that will enhance the maintenance capabilities at the site
• Lead through change when process improvement, new products and capital projects impact area of responsibility
• Oversight of the MRO warehouse

You bring

• Minimum 8 years of experience in the maintenance/plant services area required
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing others directly required

• Knowledge and understanding of SAP, Total Productive Maintenance, GMPs, ISO, and regulatory compliance
• Promote and maintain a culture of high safety and continuous improvement expectations
• Strong communication, interpersonal, coaching, trouble shooting and problem-solving skills
• cGMP manufacturing experience, Process safety and PSM (Process Safety Management) a plus
• Bachelor’s degree required, with preference for a degree in a technical discipline
