With headquarters in Vienna, the company employs more than 2200 people worldwide, with subsidiaries, regional offices and representatives in over 50 countries. <br/>In Cluj we started in 2009 and our local team currently has 190+ colleagues and is growing.<br/>You will be developing a product that air traffic controllers use to keep track of live air traffic, do tactical planning of upcoming flights, communicate with the aircraft over specialized protocols and keep in sync with other controllers.<br/>If you think Air Traffic Management is cool and want to help air traffic controllers do a better job and keep passengers safe, we look forward to meeting you! <br/> Key Tasks <ul><li>Develop products in the Air Traffic Management domain, while following internal coding and design standards </li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues </li><li>Participate in code reviews </li><li>Support for the QA in testing and developing automated system tests </li><li>Writing documentation and requirements </li><li>Provide guidance to junior team members </li></ul><br/> Key Qualifications <ul><li>3+ years of experience in Java development </li><li>Strong knowledge of object-oriented design and principles </li><li>Problem-solving skills and attention to details </li><li>Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently when required </li><li>Experience with Maven, Mockito, RabbitMQ, Jenkins, Git (or similar technologies) </li><li>Excellent English language skills (written and verbal)</li></ul><br/>Represents an advantage <ul><li>Familiarity with Linux environment </li><li>Hands on Docker experience </li><li>Experience with microservices based architecture </li><li>Previously worked with Agile methodologies </li></ul><br/><br/> Our Values Frequentis team is committed to creating a safer world with our innovative strength and technology orientation.
