Senior Full Stack Engineer (Frontend-Centric) - AI Marketing & Data Platform

Location: Remote - US or Canada

Compensation: $180,000 – $270,000

We are a high-growth, $1.2B-valued company that pioneered the Composable Customer Data Platform (CDP), empowering every business user to take action on their data. We are building the next generation of marketing products, including an AI Decisioning platform that allows marketers to set goals for AI agents to personalize customer interactions. We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer (70-80% Frontend) to develop the intuitive, interactive interface that makes advanced AI and deep analytics accessible to non-technical users.

You will be instrumental in the end-to-end design and implementation of highly interactive user interfaces for a new era of marketing and growth products. This is a frontend-centric role that requires strong architectural ownership, proficiency in modern web stacks, and a solid understanding of backend API design to integrate complex machine learning models into intuitive user experiences.

On a typical day, you will:

• Feature Architecture: Architect and build features end-to-end for a new generation of marketing and growth products, from the database schema to the polished UI.
• AI Integration: Collaborate closely with ML engineers to seamlessly integrate complex ML models and AI agents into highly interactive user interfaces.
• User Interface Design: Craft intuitive interfaces that enable marketing and growth teams to set up complex experiments and utilize deep analytics platforms.
• Customer Collaboration: Work closely with customers, designers, and product managers to deeply understand real-world behavior and translate insights into confident product decisions.
• Full-Stack Execution: Be proficient in building CRUD applications and demonstrate a solid understanding of backend API design and data models (using TypeScript, React, Go).

Requirements

• Experience: 3 – 8 years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on frontend-centric development.
• Frontend Leadership: Proven ability to independently lead and architect complex frontend systems (using TypeScript, React, HTML, CSS).
• Full-Stack Proficiency: Strong proficiency in building CRUD applications and a solid understanding of backend API design and data models (our backend uses Go).
• Product Collaboration: Proven experience working closely with product teams to build user interfaces from zero to one.
• Mindset: Motivated, persistent, possesses a growth mindset, and thrives in ambiguous environments where technical and product outcomes are equally valued.
  

Logistics & Location:

• Location: Remote (US or Canada).
