What You’ll Do 

• Lead the Lab Services Technician team by hiring and developing staff to maintain resources required to support operational turnaround time.
• Effectively communicate with Project Management team to review incoming project definitions and provide feedback on scope and turnaround time of work.
• Plan for upcoming work by managing inventory of consumables and reagents.
• Track all work done in lab and report billing details weekly.
• Perform all functions of Senior Sample Prep technician as needed.

What You Will Bring

• BS/BA degree in Biology, Chemistry or related field with 4+ years lab experience or Associates Degree in a scientific discipline with 7+ years lab experience
• Leadership and project planning experience
• Experience in document and report review
• Must be able to effectively communicate and delegate tasks to others.
• Demonstrate high level attention to detail
• Knowledge of GxP requirements
