PMO Manager* Global Digitalization Projects for Digital iNeST Platform 

 

We at BioNTech are a pioneer and global leader in developing fully individualized mRNA cancer vaccine that aim to address each patient’s unique tumor. To support this initiative, we are seeking for a highly skilled and motivated Project Management Office for the Digital iNeST Platform as part of BioNTech Global Digitalization Team.

 

Your main responsibilities are:

 

Program support: Establish and lead the Project Management Office (PMO) for the digital IVAC program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Collaborate with program manager, business representatives and software experts to create

 

• Program scope, objectives and program structure
• Digital program roadmap  to monitor progress effectively
• Programcoordination
• Budget planning and controlling
• Resource allocation incl. a program organizational chart
• Program reporting to variety of stakeholders as well as software-supported reporting
• Program documentation

 

in order to ensure efficient program execution.

 

PMO processes & optimization: Development and improvement of PMO processes and procedures

 

• Implement and refine best and effective practices for project management within the digital program and continuously improve it.
• Oversee and optimize project management processes within the digital work packages
• Foster communication and collaboration among project teams, stakeholders, and senior management

 

Risk, Change & Decision Management: Set-up program risk, change and decision management processes in order to ensure information flow between cross-functional teams

 

• Oversee and Identify potential risks and implement proactive measures to mitigate issues
• Develop, implement and monitor change management processes across the program
• Collaborate with project teams to effectively plan, document and monitor decisions

Project Management/ Project Management Office

 

• Proven experience leading PMOs in the context of digital programs, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (agile methodologies as well as hybrid), tools, and best practices
• Hands-on change management experience is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to drive results, manage budgets, and meet project timelines
• Experienced in working in highly cross-functional teams

 

Softskills

 

• Excellent communication and presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams
• Very good English and German skills, written and orally
