Basic Job Functions:

• Job Release Reporting: Compile and prepare internal reports to support the timely and accurate release of jobs.
• Customer Follow-Up: Send professional follow-up emails to customers regarding missing documents, outstanding balances, and general inquiries.
• Invoicing & Accuracy: Create and send customer invoices while verifying all billing information for accuracy and completeness.
• Monthly Statements: Distribute monthly account statements to customers and ensure all records are up to date.
• Payment Processing: Deposit customer payments promptly and accurately, ensuring proper application and documentation.
• Lien Documentation: Gather, and organize all necessary documents required for lien filing to support our legal and financial protections.
• Customer Service: Collaborate with internal teams and communicate with customers to provide accurate information and maintain strong relationships.

Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective written and verbal communication

Preferred Qualifications:

• 6 months of experience in banking, finance or accounting
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• Experience working with Microsoft D365
• 6-months of experience in construction related credit administration
