We seek a new member for the expanding Digital Analytics, Sales, and Process Development Competence Center where we are building our own internal performance marketing agency of the future. 
Our fundamental goal is to support our internal and external clients by creating best-in-class digital journeys for existing and new clients. Overseeing the entire customer journey of digital channels, taking responsibility for paid and owned media management, driving the conversion optimization processes, and cooperating closely with the departments working with clients enable us to succeed. Role purpose & accountabilities: 

The role of a Senior PPC Expert is crucial in driving online advertising success and requires a combination of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and being an effective,  self-driven, proactive team player

• Advanced Campaign Management: Oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of PPC campaigns across platforms. Eg.: sophisticated keyword research, bidding strategies, ad copywriting, re-targeting strategies and accurate reporting.
• Strategic Planning and Analysis: Creating value  participating in the development of a comprehensive PPC strategies aligned with the company's goals and market trends. Perform in-depth analysis of campaign performance, using data to refine and improve strategy for better ROI.
• Client and Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with internal stakeholders, providing insightful reports, and strategic recommendations
• A/B Testing and Conversion Optimization: Implement and analyze A/B or multivariate tests on campaign elements (not just creatives) and landing pages to maximize conversion rates and LTV. Define and execute dynamic audience segments co-operation with the in-house analytics and data teams.
• Problem-Solving Skills and long term campaign optimization: Tackle complex challenges in campaign performance, devising creative solutions to enhance effectiveness and efficiency. 
   

Core competencies, knowledge and preferred experience: 

• Understand and implement evolving and existing PPC campaign types – e.g. PMAX, DSA, Demand Gen, Advantage+ inclusion and advanced bid strategies. 
• Ability to function with a high degree of autonomy
• Professional experience and knowledge of the Banking/TelCo industry is an advantage
• Excellent relationship building and influencing skills, with the ability to foster an inclusive team culture 
• Solid business acumen and understanding of the role of the capability in contributing to business value
• Good verbal and written communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with the delivery teams
