Next to these, we have our product teams building world-class tools and products for our customers, courier partners and internal teams. All are jointly motivated to deliver exceptional customer experience.<br/> <br/> Wolt Finance &amp; Strategy team works hand-in-hand with different parts of Wolt to set goals, track performance, define and execute actions as well as new ideas. The team acts both as the challenger and helper towards our central teams teams and countries, working on both tactical and strategic time horizons, and synthesizes the complexity into one total Wolt view. You will work in Global Planning team, responsible for coordinating and developing our yearly and quarterly planning approach, as well as play a key role in setting our long term targets. This team is also involved when Wolt level decisions are made, often guiding our senior leaders in decision making. Your excellent analytical acumen, strategic mindset and people skills will come into play daily. There’s also an element of interacting with our parent company DoorDash.<br/> <br/> You will report directly to our Head of Global Planning, Wolt Finance &amp; Strategy.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Annual &amp; Quarterly Planning: Play a critical role in orchestrating and developing our planning approach, as well as setting overall targets and budgets.</li><li>Collaboration &amp; Influence: Work closely with our senior leadership, including counterparts on DoorDash, and our Finance &amp; Strategy teams in helping to analyze the drivers of current performance and to achieve targets.</li><li>Strategic Analysis: Take ownership of finding, analyzing and structuring the next strategic initiatives we should pursue. Collaborate with senior management to make decisions and help in transforming them into reality.
