Description
The Senior Director for Global Account Management will develop and execute a strategic plan for the Nor1-Oracle Hospitality Commercial Organization. This role involves building and leading a high-performing team responsible for identifying new business opportunities and crafting "go-to-market" strategies to drive measurable revenue growth across the Nor1 portfolio. The director will engage regularly with potential and existing customers, as well as internal Oracle stakeholders, to enhance the likelihood of achieving strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of business development representatives across various territories and accounts, ensuring frequent customer engagement at both the enterprise and property levels.
- Articulate the value proposition of the Nor1-Oracle solution to business leaders, qualify opportunities, and drive sales initiatives.
- Contribute to both strategic and tactical planning for the division, measuring the success of implemented plans.
- Oversee coaching, performance management, and career development for team members.
- Participate in the recruitment process and make key hiring decisions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in qualifying enterprise-level prospects and customers, with a strong understanding of the sales cycle process.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a BA/BS preferred.
- 10-20 years of experience, including previous senior-level (CXO, SVP) roles focused on building and managing commercial organizations that provide technical solutions.
- Extensive experience in strategic planning and strong financial management skills, including managing P&L.
- Specific expertise in cloud-based product sales at both the enterprise and retail levels.
- Familiarity with multi-dimensional product lines, including support, training, and consulting services.
- Significant experience negotiating agreements with global organizations.
- Ideal candidates will possess a solid understanding of and experience selling highly technical products and solutions.

Manages a team of business development representatives for accounts. The team is actively and frequently customer facing (both enterprise and property level), providing the value proposition to business or organizational leaders, qualifying opportunities, and selling the value of the Nor1-Oracle solution. Contributes to strategic and tactical planning for the division and with measuring the success of those plans. Responsible for coaching, performance management, and career development of staff. Participates in the recruiting process and makes hiring decisions.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
US: Hiring Range: from $187,500 to $314,200 per annum. May be eligible for equity and compensation deferral. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 60/40 - 70/30.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
