This is an opportunity to grow your impact, collaborate with talented teams, and bring meaningful product experiences to life.</span></p><div></div><h2><b>** <span>Candidate submissions MUST include a portfolio link**</span></b></h2><div></div><p><b><span>Key Responsibilities</span></b></p><ul><li><span>Work with multiple project teams across all phases of industrial design and <span>development—including</span> design research, design concept /language development, CAD modeling, Supplier engagement, design specifications, and more. </span></li><li><span>Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality design solutions and foster strong working relationships. </span></li><li><span>Review and evaluate design concepts and project activities to ensure alignment with design standards, usability goals, and product requirements. </span></li><li><span>Contribute to project timelines, working closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to meet key milestones. </span></li><li><span>Apply domain expertise to support cross-organizational initiatives and product strategies. </span></li><li><span>Translate ideas into tangible outcomes through concept development, presentations, and design execution </span></li><li><span>Support innovation through the integration of emerging technologies and evolving design language. </span></li><li><span>Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance design processes, quality, and team effectiveness. </span></li></ul><div></div><p><b><span>Education &amp; Experience</span></b></p><ul><li><span>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience). </span></li><li><span>7+ years of relevant experience in industrial design or product development. </span></li></ul><div></div><div><b><span>Knowledge &amp; Skills</span></b></div><ul><li><span>3D Modeling and CAD (e.g., SolidWorks, Pro-E, Rhino, etc) </span></li><li><span>Industrial Design, Product Design, and New Product Development </span></li><li><span>Prototyping and Manufacturing Processes </span></li><li><span>Basic understanding of Electrical &amp; Mechanical Engineering principles </span></li><li><span>UX/UI fundamentals, user research, and visual communication</span></li><li><span>Project and workflow management </span></li></ul><div></div><p><b><span>Cross-Functional Competencies</span></b></p><ul><li><span>Effective communication </span></li><li><span>Results orientation </span></li><li><span>Learning agility </span></li><li><span>Digital fluency </span></li><li><span>Customer-centric mindset </span></li></ul><p></p><p><span>The pay range for this role is<span> </span></span><b>$</b><b>116,150</b><span><span> </span>to<span> </span></span><b>$182,400</b><span><span> </span></span><span>USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only).
