This is an opportunity to join the Global Learning & Knowledge Management (GLKM) team. We are seeking an experienced learning professional and influential leader to join the team in the role of Learning Delivery Manager. Reporting to the Director of Learning Delivery you will be able to demonstrate strong intuition for business and clear thought leadership as a complement to your strong people leadership skills.

In this role, you will manage the day-to-day operations of a learning delivery department. This position will be responsible for creating an engaging and inspiring environment in which learning professionals can grow and develop, while ensuring the client’s training needs are being met through the delivery and evaluation of best-in-class training interventions. You will build strong relationships, working with our business partners, to ensure learning interventions drive business performance and speed to competency.  Additionally, you will have to measure the effectiveness of training and learning professionals to evaluate the success of individuals and training interventions.

As Learning Delivery Manager, you will provide coaching, guidance, and feedback to your team of learning professionals.  You will also be responsible for talent selection, development, and delivery of performance evaluations.

As part of a global team, you will have the opportunity to partner with global learning delivery colleagues and the wider GLKM team, to influence and deploy initiatives and work closely with internal business partners to determine business needs and have accountability for delivering against plans.  You will need to demonstrate a strongly collaborative approach, along with the ability to analyze sophisticated situations and make sound, timely decisions.

Qualifications:

• Prior professional experience in learning delivery or operations (Min 3 years’ experience preferred)
• Strong people leader skills with proven experience developing, managing, and motivating teams
•  Excellent communication skills (both written and oral),with the ability to foster strong working relationships and influence at all levels within the   organization
•  Ability to act as change agent and proven track record in driving implementation of strategies and solutions to accelerate performance and evolution  of Learning
• Knowledge and up to date understanding of the Learning industry - through external research, benchmarking and networking connections
• Strong ability to effectively navigate through a global, matrix environment
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of Learning Evaluation
• Ability to build relationships with key business partners to ensure learning strategies are incorporated into business plans and strategies
• Strong time management, workload prioritization and project management
• Must be self-motivated and have a strong passion for Learning
• Highly effective at root cause analysis decision making and problem solving
