What you'll be doing…

The Trade Marketing team champions and communicates Future’s brand through strategic marketing campaigns and creative story-telling.

Trade Marketing is responsible for Future brand building, PR, sales collateral, and client engagement events. The team also generates audience insights that bring our monthly audiences of over 500 million to life. The team's objective is to drive awareness of Future and create commercial opportunities through sales collaterals, events, and PR. Our team drives brand and tentpole moments across a diverse portfolio of titles.

The Head of PR role is a key position within Future, you’re primarily responsible for developing and executing strategies that build awareness of the Future brand.

The aim of this role is to identify and build relationships with key media contacts and influencers in order to accelerate Future’s brand-building strategy across owned and earned channels. The Head of PR will pitch stories to the media, write impactful press releases and award submissions, and manage thought leadership content and social media calendars.

You will work alongside our marketing, commercial, and leadership teams to increase the visibility of Future’s senior leaders and highlight our thought leadership. A deep understanding of the media industry and relationships with key media outlets alongside the ability to work across time zones and communicate with multi-disciplinary teams is the key to success in this role.

Reporting to the Trade Marketing Director based in London, you will join a thriving team of marketing professionals.

Experience that will put you ahead of the curve…

• Existing relationships with key media outlets and bloggers
• Delivering successful PR strategies that drive awareness
• Experience of the media and advertising industry or working in-house within an international, multi-brand environment
• Strong knowledge of the media landscape and the latest trends
• Experienced in developing social media and content calendars
• Excellent working knowledge of Wordpress and Google Workspace Suite

Please note, the salary range for this position is $58,500-$95,000
