Ruder Finn is seeking a Senior Account Supervisor to join our Healthcare Practice. In this role, you will be a day-to-day lead across strategic communications programs for healthcare clients, helping drive integrated communications program inclusive of regulatory milestones, disease awareness efforts, social and influencer initiatives, patient advocacy efforts, and earned media efforts. You will work closely with senior account leadership and clients to shape and execute programs that advance client objectives, while also managing workstreams, timelines, budgets, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring high-quality, timely and error-free client deliverables.
We are looking for someone who is excited to work on dynamic, integrated health care accounts and who brings a strong record of healthcare communications, account management, and client counsel within an agency environment. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, confident client partner, skilled project manager, and collaborative team leader who can translate complex healthcare topics into clear, compelling communications.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as a day-to-day client and internal team contact, managing account activity and ensuring client objectives, priorities, and strategic vision are being advanced
Provide thoughtful client counsel and recommendations that reflect an understanding of client priorities, the healthcare landscape, and communications best practices
Demonstrate strong knowledge of clients’ businesses, including competitors, product landscapes, market trends, influencers, media dynamics, and factors that may impact communications strategy
Contribute to the research, planning, and development of comprehensive, contemporary, and strategic public relations and integrated communications programs
Apply innovative thinking to generate new, impactful, audience-focused ideas
Identify potential issues early, elevate challenges with recommended solutions, and know when to seek senior counsel
Lead the development of core communications materials, including media strategies, press releases, key message documents, social media content, briefing materials, communications plans, and client presentations
Ensure strong quality control across client materials, reviewing for accuracy, strategic alignment, clarity, and polish
